JOIN US IN PROTECTING THE
MOST VULNERABLE AMONG US
“We are called to reverence and love every human person as ourselves. It is our responsibility to care for and protect human life, especially the lives of the most vulnerable among us.
The Gospel of Life
teaches us that ‘the task of accepting and serving life involves everyone; and this task must be fulfilled above all towards life when it is at its weakest’” (EV 43).

LOCATION CHANGE: SEEDS OF FAITH
Attention Seeds of Faith goers...our group has grown so we have to move to a new location in order to maintain social distancing. We will now be meeting in the FFC's Murphy Hall. Newcomers are always welcome. Sessions are Sundays, 9:45 - 10:45a.
Eucharistic Adoration will close each evening of the Mission (Oct. 19, 20, 21) at 6p.
ST. EDWARD'S (virtual) LITTLE FLOWER SHOWER
St. Edward is once again hosting a Little Flower Shower though this one will look a little different from last year. In order to protect the health of these newborn twins as well as everyone else, we will not be having a social gathering. We will collect things and make a delivery of a meal, balloons, flowers, gifts and notes of support.
Lealoni is a mom of 4 on her own in Newark. This lucky lady is the mom of TWO sets of boy/girl twins. The older pair turn 5 this month, the younger ones were born in August. She is understandably tired, and asks for prayers to find good, affordable childcare. Let’s be the hands and feet of Christ as we shower this family with prayers, written notes of support, and gifts. All gifts need to be collected by Sunday, October 25 to be delivered to the family.
An Amazon Gift Registry
has been created with some needs and wants for Lealoni and her children. Please note that the Amazon registry is managed by the Little Flower Shower coordinator, and all gifts purchased on Amazon can be sent to the shower coordinator to be delivered to the family. For any questions or to volunteer your support, please contact
PASSING THE VIRTUAL OFFERTORY BASKET
We really need everyone to make an ongoing pledge to support our mission. Electronic giving is currently the most consistent way to give, safest and most reliable. Will you consider how you can help us during this time?
