- Return to Public Mass Our team is working to prepare our strategy for our return to public celebration of the Mass on the weekend of May 30/31, The Solemnity of Pentecost! We need your help on the AV Tech, Sanitation, Greeter and Usher teams. If you're able to help us keep everyone safe while worshiping together, please contact Grace Wright.
- Confession Continue Fr. Dave has resumed hearing confessions (See his video message about it here)! This week he has slots open on Wednesday, 5/13, 5 - 7 pm and Saturday, 5/16, 11 am - 1 pm. Remember confessions are by appointment only and other guidelines are in place. Check out details about how we're making this happen, then sign up here or call Joanne at 740.345.9874 ext 258 to schedule.

- They Didn't Have That When I Was a Kid Hey, even though the faith formation section is broken down by age-group, you should definitely check out the Youth and Elementary resources below. Sometimes they can put things in way that we can easily wrap our heads around and wouldn't that be a welcome change these days?
- Sacrament Refresher Bishop Barron is releasing a new film series, The Sacraments, and the first episode is available now. As we prepare to return to public celebrations of the sacraments, it is a good time to check it out! Watch Episode #1.

- Elementary Faith Formation
- Essential Workers Service Project Join us in a campaign to support essential workers who have become everyday heroes by continuing to work to ensure we can have as normal a life as possible during the pandemic. Attached is a list you can support by sending letters, cards, and/or artwork. Remember, essential workers aren't just those you see...think of the janitors, food production workers and other folks who may be overlooked, but who are the backbone of many of these facilities.

- Sacramental Notices
- Congratulations to the Raake family! We welcome all of them as full members of the Catholic Church! Dad (Jason) was Confirmed and received 1st Holy Communion. Mom (Angela) returned to Holy Communion. Three little ones were baptized. God is good!
- Stella Maris Rehbeck, daughter of Darby and Abigail Rehbeck was baptized by Fr. Dave this past Sunday, May 10, 2020. Congratulations to the Rehbeck family and welcome Stella!
- Baptism Info Fr. Dave has started to do baptisms privately, with small groups adhering to the state's maximum of 10 people gathered. Our baptism coordinators are in the process of rescheduling postponed baptisms. For parents interested in getting their child/ren baptized but who haven't started the process yet, baptism preparation classes are currently being held online and all paperwork can be done via email. Please contact Suzanne Cody or Chris Meier for more information.

- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - MOST RECOMMENDED - For reoccurring gifts, you can set up automatic debit to one’s bank account or charges to one’s credit card. Please fill out this Offertory Commitment Form to set up recurring payments.
- One-Time Online Donation If you normally donate by envelopes or the basket, we have set up a link to donate online with a one-time donation by credit card. Click here to complete the form. You may use this link as often as you like.
- Text-to-Give Another option is through our new TEXT-to-GIVE number. Donate simply by texting SFDS to 740.240.6093. You can also use this in place of your normal offertory basket giving.
- US Mail If you would like to continue using your envelopes, please mail your contribution into the parish office at 40 Granville Street, Newark, OH 43055. Checks are preferred as cash is not a safe or secure way to fulfill your offertory through the mail.
