We are moving right along with the renovations to Johnson Hall. The new walls are framed and we are still on track for completion by the beginning of the school year. Renovations in the school (library, classrooms, art room, music room, atrium and scout room) will begin immediately following the end of school (on May 31st). The demolition of the Swank building is scheduled for Tuesday May 28th. Asbestos was remediated in both locations as planned this past week. Parking is limited to a few spaces across the street which are accessible only through the rear alley. This is not ideal. Please plan to park in the rear lot and enter through the side church doors for Mass or the front Lamy doors for evening events. School parents are being asked to park in the gravel lot near the Methodist Church on 5th Street when visiting the school.
We ask for intercessory prayers from Saint Joseph the Carpenter for the safety of the workers and freedom from unnecessary delays. Thank you for your continued patience during this process!
